Blockmates is an early-stage company. Right now, this website only collects sign-ups for our early access list. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you join the early access list, we collect the information you type into the form:
- Your email address
- Whether you are a renter, property manager, university or investor
- Your school or city, if you choose to share it
Our website host and form provider may also automatically log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To send you updates about Blockmates, including when early access opens
- To understand which schools, cities and partners are interested, so we know where to launch
- To reply when you ask to partner with us or invest
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site, including our website host and our form provider, which receives and stores form submissions for us. They may only use your information to provide their service to Blockmates. We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to contact you about Blockmates.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us at the address below.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. When Blockmates launches its full service, we will publish an updated policy that covers it.
